How long will it take me to receive my order?
That will depend on what you order. Most of our orders will be processed and
placed in the mail within ten business days. There are some of our items however
that might be shipped from an oversea supplier and that order could take up
to several weeks. If you have a question on a particular item and need it before
a two week period, we encourage you to write to our sales department at: Sales@HeavenlyCross.com
for an expected time frame on that particular item.
What do I do should my order not arrive in good condition?
You should contact our sales department at Sales@HeavenlyCross.com.
Most of our crosses and crucifixes are shipped directly to you from a warehouse.
We will provide you with a return ticket and a replacement cross at our cost.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I place an
order?

What is your return policy?
You will need to contact us through our web site or by calling (334) 347-8063 and informing us of your decision to return your order, giving the reason, and then by mailing your order back to HeavenlyCross.com, at 400 Colonial Dr, Enterprise, AL 36330-1116, within 2 business days of receipt of your order. HeavenlyCross.com will then refund your full purchase price of the items received back, less the shipping costs both ways.
